摘要: The adverse effect of cypermethrin on the liver and kidney weanling female rats protective ethanolic extract grape pomace were investigated in present study. Weanling given oral at a dose 25 mg kg−1 body weight for 28 consecutive days. An additional two Cyp-trated groups received 100 200 mg kg−1 weight, respectively, throughout experimental duration. Three more served as control groups. Administration Cyp resulted significant increase serum marker enzymes, example, aminotransferases (AST ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), increases level urea nitrogen creatinine. In contrast, caused decrease levels total protein albumin histopathological alterations kidneys rats. Coadministration to Cyp-treated restored most these biochemical parameters within normal especially high extract. However, administration overall improvement damage. This study demonstrated biohistological effects prevented toxic above parameters. concludes that has antioxidant hepatorenal activity.
