摘要: The expression of mRNA for five cytochrome P450s (CYP1A1, 2A6/7, 2D6, 2E1 and 3A4) was studied in human bone marrow, bone-marrow-derived macrophages blood monocyte-derived macrophages. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detected all CYPs each these cell populations. All were also expressed the haemopoietic lines HL-60 HEL Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-transformed B-lymphoblastoid lines. data suggest that marrow probably other types are capable metabolizing xenobiotics. This metabolic potential may play a role damage induced by some drugs chemicals.
