摘要: CYP2J2 is one of the cytochrome P450 epoxygenases involved in metabolism arachidonic acid. has been identified several tissues, especially cardiovascular tissues. effects, as epoxyeicosatrienoic acid, its metabolites, anti-inflammatory and vasodilative activities. We investigated expression human leukocytes using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, immunoblotting immunostaining. Human monocytic cells, but not neutrophils, exhibited constitutive CYP2J2. Furthermore, mRNA increased when cell line THP-1 cells monocytes were stimulated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate macrophage-colony stimulating factor combination granulocyte/macrophage-colony factor, respectively. These results suggest that was up-regulated differentiated into macrophages have a pathway to metabolize acid CYP epoxygenases.
