摘要: Aneuploidy is one of the most important causes embryonic and foetal mortality in mammals. In order to assess possible risk chromosomal abnormalities germ cells domestic animals we investigated aneuploidy rates on partially decondensed sperm vitro matured oocytes two cattle breeds, Italian Friesian (I.F.) Brown (I.B.), by using FISH with chromosome-specific painting probes (chromosomes X-Y for chromosomes X-5 oocytes). For each bull, more than 5,000 were analyzed, a total 52,586 51,342 respectively. Aneuploid diploid had, respectively, frequency 0.110% 0.050% I.F. 0.078% 0.062% I.B. breeds. Out 100 breed, average, diploidy affected 11.2% 18.4% I.B., whereas disomy chromosome had 2% 2.5% Further studies are needed expand our knowledge animals, their impact productive reproductive efficiency, also relation climatic changes environmental hazards.
