摘要: The cost and stability limitations associated with traditional energy forms, the habits traditions of residents, institution green policies to mitigate greenhouse emissions are strong incentives utilize electrical scooters as an alternative form transportation on islands. present study originated based Penghu's low carbon island policy; it assesses applicability feasibility this policy by analyzing both residents' behavior electric scooter use characteristics. At present, there approximately 3,500 in Penghu region. government has set up 332 charging columns at 27 key locations facilitate these scooters. This adopts a distinct count analysis drill down methods identify characteristics users' behaviors, well understand optimal placement numbers columns, time, frequency usage. also classifies users into one three types: “one-time charging,” “repeat “high-frequency charging”. Electric have eco-efficiency US$309 ($/ton-CO2e), able achieve dioxide equivalent reductions 5.1 (ton-CO2e/p.a.). duration (CD) may improve confidence usage scooters, mitigating user concerns about running out power while road. analytic results method web node provide decision makers important reference point that be useful when setting additional facilities or making changes current ones.
