摘要: Three manures cross-labelled with 15N in the faeces, urine and straw fractions were prepared after feeding a sheep first unlabelled hay then 15N-labelled hay. Half of each manure portion was stored aerobically (composted) heat evolution other half anaerobically by preventing oxygen supply. The ratio between faeces-N:urine-N:straw-N 1.0:1.5:0.2 immediately mixing. All for 86 days. composted lost 46% 53% its initial N C content, respectively. Losses from not totally prevented but significantly less at 18% (N) 24% (C). Urine-N accounted highest proportion total losses both manures. However, contributions to gaseous faeces became more important as storage progressed. Thus urine-N 79% seven days composting only 64% end period. In manure, 94% 28 68% day 86. Because high loss faeces-N similar that storage. still contained than faeces-N. It estimated mineralised during great lost. Less (33%) anaerobic relative lower. differently ended up having same C:N concentrations had greater inorganic compared manure. Differences forms may influence fertiliser value field application.
