摘要: Les Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin (MICI) resultent d’une reponse immune non controlee face a des facteurs environnementaux toxiques/pathogenes pour les individus sains. Depuis quelques annees, grâce l’essor la genetique et moyens techniques recherche fonctionnelle, anomalies l’immunite innee adaptative, ont ete identifiees dans MICI. Ainsi maladie Crohn, avec atteinte ileale, l’initiation lesions inflammatoires vient probablement d’un deficit immunitaire barriere intestinale. Ce peut s’observer en cas d’alteration voies dependantes du gene NOD2 l’autophagie. Il est frequent d’observer une alteration fonctionnelle cellules Paneth. Dans rectocolite hemorragique (RCH), il suspecte que epitheliales colon, particulierement caliciformes, puissent avoir roles immunitaires, generer reponses environnementaux. 2 types MICI, regulation systeme adaptatif sont observees, comme secretions importantes TNF presence lymphocytes T agressifs, Th17. Mais ces immunes, si elles essentielles physiopathologie n’en pas l’unique element. faut analyser integration d’environnement, vaisseaux l’epithelium digestif, ce qui reste difficile necessite modeles d’analyse bioinformatique complexes.
