摘要: Rheological properties of carboxymethyl cellulose and κ-carrageenan mixtures have been studied. The influence shear rate has determined on different polymer ratios in aqueous solutions, upon the relative viscosity. important effect caused by temperature rheological behaviour also Characteristic behaviours were found for analysed, with clear deviations from linear trends that involves existence interactions between polymers. Models based viscosity individual solutions employed to analyse experimental results.
