摘要: At the time of conception, human organism is a single cell zygote. During course development into an adult, this expands complex mass approximately 100 trillion cells, with enormous variety shapes, sizes, and functions. Normal tissue growth require prolific division, exquisitely regulated differentiation, appropriately timed death or apoptosis. Neoplastic transformation generally occurs when abnormal regulatory mechanisms promote excessive impaired and/or failure In most tumor types, aberrant control originates at genetic level.
