摘要: In this TP, the trend in North Atlantic basin TC activity, especially as related to determination of length season (LOS) and its possible association with warming surface-air sea-surface temperature, is revisited. particular, examined are: (1) activity for yearly intervals 1945-1965, 1966-1994, 1995-2012 TCs having duration NSD greater or equal 0.25 day, less than 2 days, 4 8 days; (2) latitudinal longitudinal genesis locations short-lived (defined herein those days) three intervals; (3) first storm day (FSD), last (LSD), LOS based on (4) relationship between FSD, LSD, (5) wind, Oscillation (NAO) during interval 1945-2012; (6) against NAO; (7) (8) FSD LOS. This TP represents an update earlier study by Wilson concerning hurricane season.
