摘要: The survival of bacteria on wood was investigated in laboratory experiments using naturally occurring and hygienically relevant a trial performed meat factory. Different types dust (pine, larch, maple) polyethylene chips were inoculated with chicken manure to study the interactions wood. different from followed by plating selective media. In addition, denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) PCR-amplified 16S rDNA fragments directly extracted DNA used precisely analyze changes relative abundance composition manure-derived bacterial community plastic. Bands DGGE-community profiles which reflected plastic excised, re-amplified, cloned analyzed sequencing. A rapid decrease CFU observed pine-wood correlated decreased amount pine-wood. Bacteria applied maple survived longer than pine. Investigations have shown that some groups, e.g. enterobacteria, are more affected other bacteria. Furthermore, our results indicated extractives influenced species differently. Better hygienic characteristics compared as material for transportation pallets also preliminary tests under practice conditions during 4-week test processing
