摘要: A comprehensive survey of the perceptions students, teachers, and parents regarding climate at Paris High School was conducted. This assessment accomplished by conducting a random sample students parents, total faculty. Analysis results identified five specific areas in needing improvement (a) school/community relations, (b) student support climate, (c) school image, (d) problems, (e) identifying purpose between what they are studying their everyday lives. In addition, thorough review recent literature research associated with effective schools The findings conclusions drawn from this study provided recommendations to improve weakness, turn overall effectiveness School.
