摘要: BACKGROUND Previous studies documented the importance of family medicine clerkships to medical student education and potential costs precepting students borne by community physicians. But what are physicians' views their experience, perceived needs for teaching, sources satisfaction from preceptor role? OBJECTIVES To explore preceptors' a required, third-year clerkship, focusing on with teaching effect having in practice, concerns about continuing as preceptor. METHODS Preceptors 38 private practices were asked participate 15-minute telephone survey, using semistructured interview format.
