摘要: Effective protocol was established for micropropagation of the medicinal plant Eupatorium triplinerve Vahl through rapid axillary bud proliferation and ex vitro rooting. Murashige Skoog (MS) medium fortified with 8.87 μM benzylaminopurine (BAP) 2.46 indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) best developed a mean 8.1 shoots per node.
