摘要: Alkalinization of the medium represents a stress condition for budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to which this organism responds with profound remodeling gene expression. This is result modulation substantial number signaling pathways whose participation in alkaline response has been elucidated within last ten years. These regulatory inputs involve not only conserved Rim101/PacC pathway, but also calcium-activated phosphatase calcineurin, Wsc1-Pkc1-Slt2 MAP kinase, Snf1 and PKA kinases oxidative stress-response pathways. The uptake many nutrients perturbed by alkalinization environment and, consequently, an impact on phosphate, iron/copper glucose homeostatic mechanisms can be observed. analysis available data highlights cases diverse are integrated promoter shape appropriate pattern. Thus, expression different genes sharing same network coordinated, allowing functional coupling their products.
