摘要: Abstract Objective. This investigation attempted to clarify the value of preoperative serum CA125 in predicting histopathological prognostic factors for early-stage cervical adenocarcinoma without lymph node metastasis. Methods. study initially surveyed 163 patients with clinical stage Ib or IIa treated radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy. Of patients, 116 had levels, 14 The group comprised 102 node-negative patients. Results. A cutoff 26 U/ml was obtained after discriminant function analysis identifying positive vascular space invasion (LVSI) depth stromal ≧2/3 thickness. Multivariate revealed that among clinicopathological variables, including age, tumor size, parametrial invasion, level, raised most significantly influenced assessment LVSI (P = 0.040) (P = 0.002). Conclusions. In negative metastasis, levels at impacted determination poor factors.
