摘要: Advanced stages with distant metastases or recurrence lack reliable prognostic predictor for cervical cancer. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate clinical significance miR-335 expression in A total 138 cancer samples were collected, and normal tissues obtained as matched-pair controls. The level examined using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Overall survival analyzed Kaplan–Meier method. Moreover, relationship between clinicopathological features further Cox regression. Lower found specimens. Cervical patients reduced had shorter time, compared those high levels (P = 0.011, log-rank = 6.458). Through regression, we that associated (RR = 0.251, 95 % CI 0.095–0.663, P = 0.005). results suggested decreased specimens lower resulted poorer Our findings indicated may be a candidate factor predicting prognosis
