摘要: The main features of the reflectivity spectroscopy (“coherent spectroscopy”) in energy, time and angular scales are considered. They enhancement or suppression different hyperfine contributions to spectra, strong dependence these effects from order Bragg slight shifts vicinity maximum, phase quantum beats shift position delayed maximum relative prompt peak. These caused by depth distribution resonant nuclei, standing wave creation reflecting multilayers thin films also unhomogeneity along surface nuclei with parameters. simple explanation is presented on bases kinematical approach theory.
