摘要: Plant phenotyping consists in the observation of physical and biochemical traits plant genotypes response to environmental conditions. Challenges , particular context climate change food security, are numerous. High-throughput platforms have been introduced observe dynamic growth a large number plants different Instead considering few at time (as it is case when phenomic measured manually), such make possible use completely new kinds approaches. However, data sets produced by widely instrumented huge, constantly augmenting increasingly complex experiments, reaching point where distributed computation mandatory extract knowledge from data. In this paper, we introduce InfraPhenoGrid, infrastructure designed deploy efficiently manage PhenoArch phenomics platform French Phenome Project. Our solution deploying scientific workflows on Grid using middle-ware pilot workflow executions. approach user-friendly sense that despite intrinsic complexity infrastructure, running understanding results obtained (using provenance information) kept as simple for end-users.
