摘要: Objective To evaluate changes in dermal characteristics with subdermal fat grafting of cutaneous scars. Design Prospective cohort. Methods Fourteen patients various scar types were treated over 30 months. Dermal elasticity, vascularity, pigmentation, patient perception and satisfaction, observer assessment evaluated preoperatively 1 year after treatment validated objective subjective measures. Results Significant improvements observed thickness, stiffness, relief pliability (P 0.1). No significant difference pain, pruritis, irregularity reported > Conclusion Although represents a process, it appears to improve certain quantitative qualitative characteristics. Fat does not appear affect skin color, or symptoms.
