摘要: Background Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) have positive effects in the wound healing process. Objective To clarify whether ASCs positively mitigate scar formation remodeling process. Materials and Methods Full-thickness skin defects were created on dorsal of Yorkshire pigs. After transformed into early scars, injected, same amount phosphate buffered saline (PBS) was injected control group. Clinical histologic examinations performed. Results In experimental group, areas scars smaller than those groups. The color more similar to that surrounding normal tissue, pliability better. number mast decreased, more-mature collagen arrangement noted. In period remodeling, expression transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β)3 matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP1) greater group late period, level alpha smooth muscle actin tissue inhibitor dramatically less, although MMP1 lower group. Conclusions Local injection decreases size provides better quality pliability. It activity inhibits action TGF-β against fibroblasts stimulates through MMP molecules.
