摘要: This retrospective review examines healing in different sites on a porcine burn model; 24 pairs of burns 18 pigs from other animal trials were selected for analysis. Each pair was located the either cranial or caudal part thoracic ribs region, same side animal. The 40-50 cm(2) size and uniform deep-dermal partial thickness. Caudal healed significantly better than burns, demonstrated by earlier closure wounds, less scar formation cosmesis. To our knowledge, this is first detailed study reporting that affected location model. We recommend similar symmetrical should be used future comparative assessments healing.
