摘要: We discuss the applicability of some elementary models for closure in vitro “wounds” that are inflicted monolayer cell cultures (also termed “wound healing assays”). These can be applied to simulation superficial wounds as long they only concern epidermis. test several based on a curvature driven displacement, simple partial differential equation model which actual cellular density is tracked. Finally, semi-stochastic evaluated.
