摘要: Copy number variation of some gene loci in lung tumor cells extracted by laser capture microdissection and cell-free DNA the plasma patients with cancer was analyzed for identification potential molecular markers. Changed copy numbers detected responsible apoptosis regulation CASP3), proliferation (SOX2), reparation (XRCC1), oxidative phosphorylation (HV2), EGFR signaling pathway (GRB2, BRAF), mir3678 DNA.
