摘要: Greenhouse gas emission regulation and renewable energy promotion policies have been implemented in many countries. Yet these two kinds of complex interactions between each other, can either enhance or reduce the overall reduction efficiency. If not well tuned, may deviate from their original intention lead to unnecessary social cost. Hence, policy effectiveness, cost dynamic efficiency different mixtures trading subsidy are studied based on a novel simulation platform power economy system. Simulation results show that coexist, but good coordination achieve better outcomes.
