摘要: Following the deregulation of power industry, transmission expansion planning (TEP) has become more complicated due to presence uncertainties and conflicting objectives in a market environment. Also, growing concern on global warming highlights importance considering carbon pricing policies during TEP. In this paper, probabilistic TEP approach is proposed with integration chance constrained load curtailment index. The formulated dynamic programming problem solved by hybrid solution algorithm an iterative process. performance our demonstrated case studies modified IEEE 14-bus system. Simulation results prove that can provide network planners comprehensive information regarding effects schemes, allowing them adjust strategies based their risk aversion levels or financial constraints.
