摘要: In this paper, conversion of paper sludge to ethanol was investigated with the objective optimi- zation overall operation costs. Experimental work undertaken optimize cellulase loading, and determine mixing energy requirements. It found that decreasing feeding frequency (feed addi- tions per residence time) allows loading be decreased at least two fold no decrease in cellulose but also entails a slurry higher solids content lower beginning operating cycle. The viscosity slurries increase exponentially increasing solid content. particular, (V) described well by equation V =e (kX-X 0S-S 0C (V (cp), X conversion, S (g/L), k, X0, S0, C are empirical parameters). Added costs associated low frequencies (including capital for motor hold tasks) were small compared economic benefits resulting from reduced loading.
