摘要: We investigate theoretically CdTe quantum dots containing a single Mn2+ impurity, including the sp-d exchange interaction between carriers and magnetic ion short-range electron hole. find anticrossing behaviors in energy spectrum of electron-hole (e-h) pair that arise from interplay interactions field. In addition to s-d interaction, we other mechanisms inducing anticrossings become important strong heavy hole-light hole (hh-lh) mixing regime. The transition strengths states with spin projection S-z not equal -5/2 (S-z = -5/2) decrease (increase) increasing fields due alignment spin. splitting e-h depends sensitively on external electric field, which reveals useful information about orientation position ion. Meanwhile, manipulation offers us way control carriers. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
