摘要: A harmonic wave generating element of a discrete structure for reducing loss light caused by scattering and improving efficiency conversion has polarization-inverted portion non-inverted periodically formed in non-linear optical material to perform quasi phase matching between incident an n-th form waveguide structure, which the boundary generally curved surface. And is provides mechanism lens-like focusing facilitating coupling at end surface incidence.
