摘要: Abstract Blubber samples of Baikal seals pups (Phoca sibirica) collected in 2001 and 2002 were analyzed for persistent organochlorines (OCs) such as PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), DDTs (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane its metabolites), HCHs (hexachlorocyclohexane isomers), CHLs (chlordane related compounds), TCPMe [tris(4-chlorophenyl)methane] TCPMOH [tris(4-chlorophenyl)methanol]. The distribution pattern OCs was the following order: DDTs > PCBs > CHLs > HCHs > TCPMOH > TCPMe. Organochlorine concentrations composition patterns eight pup blubber (2002) present study compared with corresponding levels juvenile from 1992 survey, it found that residue OC compounds have declined during 10 year period. In particular, PCBs, approximately two times lower, while three lower than 1992. Furthermore, higher ratios β-HCH/HCHs p,p′-DDE/DDTs samples. While comparing those other seal appeared all coastal California known one most polluted areas.
