摘要: Severe intoxications with bromcarbamides often show respiratory complications. To answer the question if there is a direct effect of drug on lung tissue we investigated incorporation radioactive labelled choline and palmitate into lecithin. The phospholipid metabolism in close relation to surfactant system lung. Secondly compared influence other hypnotic drugs. In all animals our experiments was reduction lecithin down 40%, whereas increases bromcarbamide-intoxication. between 6.77 controls it decreases 2–3 bromcarbamide group. total content lung/g wet weight remained unchanged experiments. From this data conclude, that under these drugs, most pronounced bromcarbamides, fatty acid exchange molecules This might lead production non surface active clinical morphological aspects severe intoxication are consistent perturbation function.
