摘要: The availability of kidney and other organs from matching donors is not enough for many patients on demand organ transplant. Unfortunately, this situation better despite the new interesting projects promoting family, cross or domino transplants. These inexorable global statistics forced medical researchers to find a potential therapeutic option that would guarantee safety efficacy treatment ESRD comparable transplantation. aim our review summarize scientific literature relating modern as well innovative experimental methods possibilities regeneration and, in addition, whether regenerative medicine field will be hope curing patient with renal disease complications. most important achievements kidney, which were mentioned described here, are currently cumulated 4 areas interest: stem cell-based therapies, neo-kidneys specially designed scaffolds cell-seeded matrices, bioartificial kidneys nanotechnologically bioengineered solutions. Nowadays, we can add some remarks still insufficient completely replace current therapy used chronic especially end-stage where cases transplantation only one chance. But think development last 20 years brings us more closer solve today’s problems at frontier nephrology transplantology.
