In this general framework, relevant issue is represented by earthquake early warning emergency management. This research work presents the investigation development simple innovative geospatial methodology related collaborative open source tools for predicting mapping vulnerability to seismic hazard order support response planning disastrous events. proposed have been integrated into an GIS system, designed developed as component management system.
