摘要: Intestinal barrier dysfunction is a significant clinical problem, which develops in variety of acute or chronic pathological conditions. In previous study, we found that microRNA-874 (miR-874) suppresses aquaporin-3 (AQP3) expression, contributes significantly to intestinal dysfunction. Recently, new regulatory circuit was identified RNA can crosstalk with each other by competing for shared miRNA. Here, show the human long noncoding (lncRNA) H19 may function as endogenous (ceRNA) regulate expression AQP3 through competition miR-874, thus playing role maintaining function.
