摘要: In the past decades, a lot of effort has been put in identifying role matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) cancer. The main MMPs angiogenesis, tumor growth and metastasis is degradation extracellular (ECM) release and/or activation factors through their degradative activity. activity finally results cancer progression. MMP-inhibitors (MMPIs) have already designed tested, based on First clinical trials with MMPIs performed disappointing results, showing that order to use MMP-inhibition mechanisms underlying MMP-expression be further elucidated. This paper reviews molecular cellular level discusses for special focus acute leukemia.
