摘要: Methylglyoxal (MGO), glypxal (GO) and 3-deoxyglucosone (3-DG) are reactive alpha,beta-dicarbonyl intermediates in advanced Maillard reaction, which form glycation oxidation end products (AGEs) by reaction with both lysine arginine residues protein. We measured these three dicarbonyl compound levels human plasma to estimate the relationship between accumulation of alpha, beta-dicarbonyl compounds AGE formation reactions uremia diabetes a highly selective specific assay, electrospray ionization liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (ESI/LC/MS). show that 3-DG MGO significantly higher compared age-matched healthy controls. Only GO level uremic is In diabetic patients, promote vivo, especially increased could result from accelerating oxidative stress.
