摘要: This paper describes two complementary methods for computer analysis of the optic disc in glaucoma. The objective both techniques is to detect and monitor changes through use digital image processing that allow user intervention. In first method, photographs from successive years are digitized, scaled registered (aligned) with each other, then displayed rapid sequence on a television monitor. Changes cup thus appear as localized movement display, while stable regions stationary. Both monocular stereo can be processed by this technique. second digitized new, robust, photogrammetric algorithm quantifies depth information. Together, these may valuable clinical research purposes detection monitoring glaucomatous cupping.
