摘要: OBJECTIVE To compare the Zeiss retinal camera with Nidek 3-Dx for photographic quality and stereo separation. SUBJECTS Eleven subjects (22 eyes) were selected from patients referred optic disc photography. METHODS The photographed using simultaneous photographs, 30 degrees field 15 settings on sequential photographs. Four ophthalmologists qualitatively scored photographs a five-point scale separation resolution sharpness. results four observers averaged Friedman two-way analysis of variance used to analyse results. CONCLUSIONS It was found that is significantly better when compared both There no significant difference in between also images had higher than degrees, which contradicted previous
