摘要: Abstract Vertical silver nanocylinders have been fabricated by two-photon microfabrication technique. The three-dimensional propagation of visible light along and between the has characterized wide-field transmission microscopy. Transmission spectra were collected with a fiber coupled spectrometer optical images taken camera using an inverted microscope. Intensity enhancements occur surfaces for wavelengths in range. Finite-difference time domain (FDTD) simulations are good agreement experimental results. electromagnetic field enhancement was evaluated, order to analyze suitability studied structures sensing applications.
