摘要: Spun films of novel thermotropic liquid crystalline lutetium bisphthalocyanine sandwich complexes substituted with sixteen octyl chains are employed as active organic semiconducting layers in the fabrication field-effect transistors (OFET). When device is annealed under vacuum at 70 °C, an increase field effect mobility saturated regime by a factor five observed while threshold voltage reduced to half value obtained for as-deposited films. The devices exhibit on/off ratio two orders magnitude. An improvement performance OFETs above crystal mesophase transition temperature consistent atomic force microscopic images indicating increases grain sizes and decreases mean surface roughness
