摘要: Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of new cases legal blindness among adults in developed countries. Approximately 40% all people with diabetes have diabetic and 5% these sight-threatening form. As advanced stage, where there a high risk for vision loss, can develop without any serious symptoms, sometimes it hard to detect it. A non invasive method biomarkers characteristic from tear fluid was developed. Tear samples patients no retinopathy, proliferative stages were analyzed protein content each sample compared pool healthy volunteers. The labeled iTRAQ fourplex labels nanoHPLC coupled ESI-MS/MS mass spectrometry. lipocalin 1, lactotransferrin, lacritin, lysozyme C, lipophilin immunoglobulin lambda chain identified as possible biomarker candidates significantly higher relative levels retinopathy.
