摘要: The effects of incision and irradiation on regional lymph node metastasis in DMBA-induced squamous cell carcinomas the hamster tongue are reported. Metastasis to submandibular nodes was confirmed histologically 48.0% animals. incidence significantly increased (65.9%) after repeated incisions carcinomas. Three gray whole-body also rate from 31.0% 46.3%. Higher incidences lymphatic vessel invasion concomitant invasion-positive group indicated a stepwise relationship leading an increase incision.
