摘要: Structural interpretation of aeromagnetic data over Nkalagu-Igumale area the Lower Benue Trough Nigeria was carried out to determine depth magnetic basement and delineate morphology structural features associated with basin their trends. The were subjected series computer based image enhancement techniques before spectral analysis. Results 2-D analysis revealed two depths source models model (D1) for deep bodies which are intra-basement discontinuities faults ranging from 2.15 5.25 km while (D2) shallow range 0.35 0.99 km. From an economic viewpoint, results indicate possible mineralization existence a reasonable Cretaceous sedimentary thickness in is enough hydrocarbon accumulation. average obtained 3.75 km.
