摘要: While the field of epigenetics is increasingly recognized to contribute emergence phenotypes in mammalian research models across different developmental and generational timescales, comparative biology large physiologically diverse vertebrate infraclass teleost fish remains comparatively understudied. The cypriniform zebrafish salmoniform rainbow trout Atlantic salmon represent two especially important orders, because they offer unique possibility investigate role epigenetic regulation 3R 4R duplicated genomes. In addition their sequenced genomes, these species are well-characterized model for development physiology, therefore allow an investigation modifications physiological during organism's lifespan subsequent generations. This review aims firstly describe evolution repertoire genes involved key molecular pathways including histone modifications, DNA methylation microRNAs zebrafish, trout, salmon, secondly, discuss recent advances highlighting a shaping other models. Finally, by discussing themes current limitations emerging from both theoretical technical points view, we will highlight future needs how not only help address basic questions but also inform translational aquaculture, aquatic toxicology, human disease.
