摘要: Zearalenone is a nonsteroidal estrogenic mycotoxin produced by several species of Fusarium fungi. The primary producer zearalenone graminearum (teleomorph Gibberella zeae ). Contamination cereal grains reported worldwide, primarily in temperate climates. Typical clinical signs hyperestrogenism are swelling the vulva, increase uterine size and secretions, mammary gland hyperplasia secretion, prolongedestrus, anestrus, increased incidence pseudopregnancy, infertility, decreased libido, secondary complications rectal vaginal prolapses, stillbirths, small litters. This chapter describes toxicity its major metabolites animals. Maintaining moisture concentrations less than 15–16% feeds should adequately prevent production during storage. When naturally contaminated feed must be used, incorporation into rations for susceptible species, such as feedlot animals or poultry, considered. At occurring zearalenonein grains, residues meat, milk, eggs probably not significant.
