摘要: Pityriasis rosea (PR) is a mild, self-limited skin disease of unknown etiology. Viral and bacterial causes have been considered as possible causes. typically affects children young adults. It characterized by an initial herald patch, followed the development salmon-pink scaly macules which, when localized to trunk, form along Langer's lines cleavage. may be difficult diagnose until appearance these characteristic smaller secondary lesions. Several medications can cause rash similar PR. must distinguished from several diseases, including syphilis. The treatment PR usually symptomatic.
