Influence of low-temperature fluorination on the transport properties of YBa2Cu3O7−δ

摘要: The influence of fluorination on the thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power YBa2Cu3O7-delta has been investigated. It was found that presence fluorine does not drastically modify conductivity compounds. sip to be negative between 92 approximately 200 K for sample without positive above compound treated in atmosphere. Also, a small increase after treatment with fluorine. These results are consistent fact generates passivation layers around ceramic grains affecting inner structure grains.
