摘要: We review and analyze the data on thermal conductivity of both ceramic single crystal samples high temperature superconductors. A universal pattern can be extracted interpreted in following way: phonons are main heat carriers these materials, range κ is almost constant due to phonon scattering against disorder; below superconducting transition increases as condensing into state decreases at still lower temperatures there a region which T2 law obeyed that most probably resonant low energy excitations, i.e. tunneling systems similar those found disordered materials. The origin relevant disorder discussed.
