摘要: Due to the current trends towards higher cost of fossil fuels and uncertainty regarding future availability, use solar energy in food processing will probably increase become more economically feasible near future.The dryer is one them which help preserve our many eatable things like vegetable fruits . In this experiment we find that how much moisture removed from sample present ordinary air compare both by mathematical calculation. paper took green chili, some chili put inside then their with respect time temperature. We temperature two times outside As per maximum peak drying chamber 75°C during mid-day(3pm) an average approximately 60 ° C-62°C a full sunny day(10:00AM 03:00PM). 6 hours continuous day under same climatic condition 30- 40% content
