摘要: The performance of manufacturing systems needs to be continuously reviewed in response increasingly evolving market conditions. In recent years, a large volume research has concentrated on improving performance. Some been directed at senior management emphasising the strategic need for change and how initiate change; other shop floor level provision tools continuous improvement; whilst more focused business process re‐engineering supporting methodologies.
