摘要: The performance of manufacturing systems needs to be continuously reviewed in response increasingly evolving market conditions. In recent years, a large volume research has concentrated on improving performance. Some been directed at senior management emphasising the strategic need for change and how initiate change; other shop floor level provision tools continuous improvement; whilst more focused business process re‐engineering supporting methodologies. However, there is very limited set available middle managers encapsulate aspirations (e.g. objectives company) translate these into actions. This paper proposes methodology support introduction new processes, products improve systems. presents case an integrated system strategic, tactical, operational project planning. proposed based structured analysis simulation plant. Feasibility approach demonstrated through application two small medium‐sized enterprises.
